Returns and Refund Policy
We like to keep things super simple, so hereunder follows our basic returns conditions:
Physical items can be returned for i)replacement or ii)refund in the following instances.

- The product received is not what was ordered.

- There is a marked flaw in the product.
When returning a product:

- Please contact us first to explain the problem, and reference your order number.

- The product must be in its original packaging when returned.

- Cost of return (courier) is for the buyer. Should the item be replaced, the shipment costs for the replacement will be covered by us.

- The final decision whether to replace or refund will be that of gifts.mprleatherworks.co.za
No returns/refunds will be granted for the following situations:

- Any item that is of a digital nature. (downloads)

- Items ordered incorrectly (in quantity or item) once the checkout has been completed.

- For custom products, if any artwork or information supplied has been supplied by the buyer incorrectly. The customer is to ensure that the artwork and information supplied is correct.

- Our product descriptions provide information about each product. No returns will be allowed for products where the customer fails to regard the product information (eg. ordering 3mm cork coasters, but expecting 6mm cork coasters.)
